Nomination speeches for Nominating Committee members was another order of business. Presentations were given from New Orleans and Kansas City,. Missouri, as sites for the 2011 National Convention. Kansas City won the bid.

Theresa Esposito, NC, member-at-large was Toastmistress for the luncheon and introduces the speaker, Newt Gingrich -- former Speaker of the House, Fox News Contributor, author of the Contract with America, and much more Invocation by Irby Schultz, NFRW Chaplain. Photos 2, 3, 4: Newt delivers a blockbuster speech which receives several standing ovations. 5. President Beverly Davis thanks Newt and presents a beautiful bouquet of roses for his wife who also attended.
